WAIT… DON’T GO! You might be wondering why you’re here. Your registration might not be complete! Please make sure you have submitted all grades and attendance for the previous year in stellaracademic.com. An Immunization form or religious exemption form and birth certificate must also be submitted for each NEW K-12 student to complete registration. If you do not have the records available to submit at this time, CCA will allow these documents to be submitted no later than August 15, 2019. You may submit immunization and birth certificate records in the upload section of our website. A records request will be sent to your previous school, if applicable. It is the parent’s responsibility to make sure State of TN required immunization records are updated and submitted. Registration is not complete until these documents are received.
